BOB National Nottingham 2022

Event Registration

Alhamdulliah with the previous national’s proving so successful and the growing BOB numbers this event will now be ticketed. This will allow us stay within venue constraints and help us to manage and run safely on the day. Registration will close a week before the national so we encourage that if you haven’t registered, please do so. We hope to accommodate all the brothers but ultimately there is a cap which we cannot exceed. Entry will be managed to ticket holders only on the day to stay within the venue capacity. Therefore, we kindly request nobody to attend who has been unable to register for the event.     

Car Parking

The venue is in a small village just outside Nottingham and has limited parking on site. We would encourage car-pooling with fellow BOBs so that we can accommodate as many requests for parking as possible. You will be required to book parking in advance by messaging Naseem on 07762 623666.  

All single occupant cars will be required to find alternative street parking surrounding the venue and Naseem can advise on these locations. 

Overnight Accommodation

We have arranged occupation at a Masjid which has agreed to host up to 40 brothers. We have another Masjid on standby if we exceed the number but do require you to book accommodation in advance by messaging Abdul on 07710901618. 

Routes

There will be 2 different routes (35 miles and 50 miles) on the day and will be offered with varying speeds. 

We hope to have these uploaded in the coming weeks. The rides will be setup on the BoB strava page so brothers can download routes to their GPS devices. Please sign-up to the appropriate event through Strava so we know which rides are most popular and stagger departure times accordingly.

Riding Groups

Ride groups will not be allocated in advance and whilst we encourage you to mix with brothers you have not met before, you can ride with brothers you may have already planned to ride with. On the day we will split in to ride clusters and then ask you to head out in groups of no more than 10.
